Shipping policy

1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that high volume periods (such as holidays) may result in minor delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–8 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–3 business days.

Free shipping is available for orders over $50 

4. Shipping Restrictions (Perfumes) Due to transport regulations regarding perfumes and fragrances (which are classified as flammable goods), certain shipping methods (such as overnight air travel) may not be available for all locations. We primarily utilize Ground Shipping services to ensure safety compliance.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glowably is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

6. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Glowably.store@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

7. Damages and Lost Packages Glowably is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

However, we want to help! Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at Glowably.store@gmail.com immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
