How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are proud to ship our luxury scents internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your specific location will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply upon arrival.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once your order is packed and ready for shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging with the receipt.

Important: Due to health and safety regulations, we strictly cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or sprayed.
My bottle arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry! Please take a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box immediately. Email the photos to Glowably.store@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement for you right away.
