The Glowably Rewards

Consumer Disclosures Regarding Points: The Glowably Rewards Program is conducted by Glowably LLC ("Glowably"). Membership is free to eligible persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and at least 18 years of age.

Earning Points

Points are earned on completed purchases made directly from Glowably stores or Glowably.com. Points are earned only for whole dollars spent on the actual price paid (exclusive of tax, shipping, and gift cards). Points expire after eighteen (18) continuous months of purchase inactivity.

Redemption

Points are tendered at a conversion rate of 1%. (e.g., 100 points = $1 off; 1,000 points = $10 off). Points can be redeemed at checkout in-store and online. Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges

If you return an item purchased with points, the points will be returned to your account. You will not receive cash back for the points portion of the purchase. If you exchange an item, mathematical adjustments will be made to your points balance based on the difference in price.

Downgrades

Membership tiers are based on a rolling 365-day period. Members may be automatically downgraded if spending falls below the threshold for that tier within the year.
