Our offices and warehouse will be closed Dec 25–26 and Jan 1–2. Normal business resumes Jan 5th.

Express Shipping Terms

For our clients who need their luxury scents immediately, we offer Express 2-Day shipping. Please review the following terms:

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same-day processing.
  • Business Days: Shipping times apply to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Availability: Express shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. only and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
  • Signature Requirement: To ensure the safety of your luxury purchase, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.

Order Revisions & Damages

Important: To facilitate timely processing, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please check your shipping details carefully.

If your order has arrived damaged:

  • Please contact support@glowably.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Retain all damaged items and packaging until our team has filed a claim.
  • Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of the shipment date.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Glowably experience. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in original cellophane sealing.
  • Hygiene Exception: Due to health regulations, we cannot offer refunds on opened cosmetics, skincare, or hair care items.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error, shipping costs will be refunded. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Return

Please email us at support@glowably.com with your Order # and reason for return. Please include the following in your package:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number / Packing Slip
  • Reason for Return
